Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Wampus Discord bot, dashboard and website. By adding Wampus to a server you agree to them.

Last updated August 1, 2026

1. Using Wampus

You must be old enough to use Discord in your country, and you must follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using Wampus.

Server administrators are responsible for how Wampus is configured in their server, including which channels it can read and respond in.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use Wampus to generate or distribute illegal content, harassment, malware, spam, or content that impersonates a real person in a deceptive way.

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or bypass rate limits on the service. Automated abuse may result in an immediate ban of your server or account.

3. Plans and billing

Free features are provided as-is with usage limits. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case by case within 14 days of a charge.

4. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream model outages, or Discord platform issues may cause downtime.

Current health is published on the status page.

5. AI output

Wampus generates responses with language models. Output can be inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, or financial decisions.

You are responsible for reviewing anything Wampus produces before you act on it or share it publicly.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abusive usage, or non-payment. You can remove Wampus from your server at any time.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be announced in the changelog and support server before they take effect.
