Message content you explicitly send to Wampus — a mention, a reply, or a slash command — plus a short window of surrounding channel context needed to answer.

Identifiers such as your Discord user ID, server ID and channel ID, so settings and memory can be scoped correctly.

Operational data such as command counts, latency and error logs.

Wampus does not log or store messages in channels where it was not invoked, does not read direct messages between other users, and never sells data to third parties.

To generate responses, to remember per-server preferences and personality settings, to enforce usage limits, and to debug and improve reliability.

Prompts are sent to third-party model providers to produce a response. Providers process this data only to return the completion and are contractually barred from training on it.

Conversation context is retained for up to 30 days, then deleted. Server configuration is kept while the bot is in your server and removed within 30 days of it being kicked.

Aggregate, non-identifying usage metrics may be retained longer.

Administrators can restrict Wampus to specific channels, disable memory, or purge stored server data from the dashboard.

You can request access to or deletion of your data through the support server; requests are handled within 30 days.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to a small number of maintainers using multi-factor authentication.
